Chocolate Dipped Clementines
Most of us can agree a little bit of chocolate gives a sense of indulgence and satisfaction like no other.
Chocolate Dipped Clementines
Makes 2 servings

Ingredients
3 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 tsp Coconut Oil
2 Clementines (peeled, sectioned)
1/4 tsp Sea Salt (flaky, optional)
Directions
1. In a small bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave on high for 30 to 45-second intervals until melted. Stir with a spoon to fully combine.
2. Dip each segment of clementine halfway into the chocolate. Place on a plate and top with salt, if using. Continue with all slices and refrigerate until hardened about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two days.
