About this Recipe
These are very easy to make and keep well in the freezer.
No oven required.
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 cups pureed pumpkin
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
No Sesame Seeds? Roll them in crushed pumpkin seeds or hemp seeds instead.
The Steps to Take
Step 1
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, coconut oil and pureed pumpkin.
Step 2
Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add tahini, maple syrup and cinnamon.
Step 4
Continue to mix until well combined. The mixture should be very doughy and stiff.
Step 5
Roll dough into small balls.
Step 6
Pour sesame seeds onto a small plate and roll each ball in the seeds to coat.
Step 7
Cover and store in the fridge up to 5 days, or the freezer for a month.
