- 1 cup chopped frozen mango
- 2 tbsp ground flax
- 2 cups organic baby spinach
- 1 cup organic baby kale
- 1/2 small avocado
- 1 fresh squeezed lime
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp ashwaganda
- 2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
