I know it can seem overwhelming to think of buying only organic produce. After all we are all on budget. It’s common for people to wonder if there are specific foods that are more contaminated then others. I’m often asked for a list of “dirty” foods that should always be organic. Below is a list of fruits and vegetables containing the highest levels of pesticides.
